Factory Analyst
Night Shift - 4 on 4 off rotation - 6pm till 6am (Red)
Site based
Based at our Fulfilment Centre in Warrington, the Factory Analyst will be based in our Control Room working alongside our resident Front Bank Team, Systems Analysts & Systems Site Lead. As part of our Analyst team, this role provides 1st Line Factory Systems Support. You’ll be ensuring that our site can operate smoothly through continuous flow control; by monitoring our systems, being the first point of contact for issues and owning the required escalation process. Other responsibilities will include:
Data Analysis of Line Performance through creating, interpreting and delivering reports.
Aligning stock profile as required and updating our WMS system accordingly.
Investigating issues
Understanding order flow issues and errors, solutions and escalations
1st line operational support - Monitoring our systems through Dashboards (Meraki, Zabbix, Power BI), Slack, Radio, CCTV.)
We are looking for the best and brightest to join our team here at Warrington. If you feel you are energetic, bright and dynamic, this might be the job for you! Ideally you will be good with spreadsheets and systems, and have some experience analysing data, possibly within an FMCG environment. It would be highly advantageous if you will have on-the-ground experience within the warehouse, picking and packing / operations fulfilment so that you understand the factory process. A high level of computer literacy – in particular, Excel/Google Sheets as creating reports is part of the role
Willingness to learn and develop IT / Tech skills in support of the factory estate.
Previous experience gained within a similar role in an FMCG environment
Demonstrable experience of working with Warehouse Management System
Excellent attention to detail
An ability to analyse data to diagnose business performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
