The Quality Team Leader will work a mix of 12hr days and nights to manage the quality and hygiene teams and ensure food safety and quality on the shift. You will drive improvements, manage audits, and maintain a safe working environment.

• Managing Quality Assurance & Hygiene teams.
• Develop team skills.
• Maintain food quality/technical standards.
• Monitor KPIs and lead projects.

Profile

The Quality Team Leader will work a mix of 12hr days and nights and will have:

• Quality experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Food / BRC manufacturing experience.
