Service Care Solutions are working with
Surrey & Borders NHS Foundation Trust to recruit a
Band 6 Occupational Therapist to support an
Acute Therapy Service in the
Surrey area.
The successful candidate will provide support to patients with a range of
Mental and Physical Health conditions in line with the occupational therapy pathways.
The contract duration is for
3 months with the likelihood of extension.
This is a
full-time placement, although part-time hours can be considered.
Hours are
Monday to Friday, 9-5 however these hours are flexible.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
Location: Guilford, Surrey
Pay: £26.00 p/h LTD
Bonus: £250 Sign-Up Bonus
Job Purpose - Band 6 Occupational Therapist The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, carrying a defined clinical caseload for individuals.
The successful candidate will provide Occupational Therapy for Older Adults with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities - To provide a high-quality service by a dedicated team for patients referred to the Acute Therapy Service
- Postholder will provide high quality and evidence based occupational therapy assessment and interventions, both group and individual, to people who access services and their carers/supporters/family members, in line with the occupational therapy pathways.
Requirements - Occupational Therapy qualification
