Key Responsibilities
- Utilise various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within the healthcare or social care sector.
