Job description

Paisley Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord operating across the Paisley area providing quality homes at affordable rates for its communities. The Association was established in 1984 and now owns and manages over 1250 homes and provides factoring services to a further 287 customers. Our customers are at the heart of our business and we strive to deliver customer service excellence in all that we do.  

We are looking to recruit a Housing Manager who will have responsibility for the day to day management of our well established Housing Management team. The postholder will lead, manage, advise and support staff in the delivery of a customer focused service to tenants and prospective tenants. Candidates will have a proven track record in a Housing Services environment with experience and commitment to providing a high quality customer service.  The successful candidate will have excellent IT, organisational and leadership skills along with the ability to motivate a team. Working knowledge of housing management policies and procedures along with knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the Scottish Housing Regulator are essential.
