Distology now has a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join our Sales Support team during an exciting period of growth to deliver a leading class implementation capability. We are looking for candidates who are looking to take the next step in delivering a great service to Distology’s customers. We want someone who can not only demonstrate how they can embody our company values but will work collaboratively and offer mentoring to the services team in their area of expertise. You must have a desire to work in a fast paced, varied, and vibrant environment.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed set KPI’s on quoting SLA’s/accuracy/team performance

• Adding all quotes to Salesforce CRM System (SFDC) and making sure each opportunity created has all required information

• SFDC admin to ensure all partners and opportunities are updated

• Ensure all products for respective vendors are added to SFDC

• Compile and update any quoting guides/processes for all vendors

• Build and analyse any reports needed from a sales perspective

• Review all price books and update internal systems and comms out any changes

• Work with sales team to chase up small value orders

• Support renewals team on opportunities.

• Cover for the renewals manager when absent.

• Provide support to the operations team at busy times such as End of Qtr. or where there are large number of orders which need processing/packing

Requirements
