Contract : Permanent

Salary: £26,421 - £28.770 per annum (Grade 4)

Hours: 36.66 per week

Based: Civic Centre and Working Remotely

Role Overview:

The role involves coordinating the Home to School Travel Training Programme to assess suitability and support eligible young people with travel assistance to their education setting and equip them with a crucial life skill and independence. This involves working in a small team and with parents, school support staff, 3rd part organisations, and the SEND team. Excellent communication skills are needed by telephone, email & face to face, along with organisation skills to enable coordination of the team and its resources.
