Job Title : Customer Success Specialist
Location : Stockport
Salary : £30,000-£40,000
Full Time, Flexible Working Hours - 8.5 hours a day, Monday - Friday, Permanent
Office Based, 4 days office, Wednesday working from Home (Free parking on site)
Start : Immediate
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Success Specialist to job an exciting Ecommerce software company based in the centre of Stockport.
You will be a dedicated result driven and customer centric individual, who provides exceptional customer service and advise to existing clients in order to build strong, long lasting relationships ensuring the success and growth of the business. You will also be eager to make a positive difference and be a part of the team which is focused on the development of the business.
Ecommerce experience is not compulsory as initial training will be provided.
Responsibilities : - To guide the enterprise clients in maximising the platform utilisation
- To manage the onboarding process of new clients
- Deliver exceptional support and advice through a variety of different communication channels
- To collaborate and take part in different project initiatives
- Identify and escalate issues through consistent communication with the clients and the team
Experience and Skills :
- Exceptional Customer Service / Experience
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Result driven and proactive approach
- Confident with ability to think outside the box
- Proficient in written and verbal communication
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience of engaging and working and managing with clients from diverse industries
- Solution orientated mindset
