Head of Strategy 6 months fixed term contract Hours: 37 p/week Monday Friday. Location: Hybrid mainly homebased with travel to our Support Centre, Stoneclough Rd, M26 1GG, for business needs. Salary: Competitive salary DOEWe are recruiting a skilled, Head of Strategy to develop mydentists strategy and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Director of Strategy and M&A and the rest of the Executive team, along with other senior leaders across the business to shape mydentists long term plans, ensuring alignment with the companys vision. As Head of Strategy, your role will include: Work collaboratively with the Executive and Leadership teams to lead development of mydentists long-term strategic plans, focusing on priorities that will drive growth to revenue and EBITDA.Build out key strategic pillars into clear initiatives, workstreams and manage timelines, phasing and milestones. Establish relevant KPIs to ensure that performance against strategic pillars can be tracked and monitored effectively.Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to facilitate informed decision-making at a strategic level.Assess potential risks associated with strategic decisions and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.Produce a clear, compelling and detailed document to articulate the future strategy for MyDentist. As Head of Strategy, you will need:

• Demonstrable knowledge, understanding and application of frameworks and approach to strategy development.
• To have a strategy consulting background and experience of working with clients of mydentists size
• Although not essential, some experience of working in-house, in a large corporate, would be a benefit
• Detail-oriented, with proven analytical, numerate and critical thinking skills.
• To be able to engage, influence and collaborate with senior leaders across the business.
• Strong commercial acumen able to make compelling and evidence-based recommendations.
