Typical shift as a bank Support Coordinator
A homelessness and supported living service in Camberley, delivering person centred housing related support to our customers.
· One shift you might be working a sleep-in, making sure you’re available for overnight support, the next you might be working the day shift and enjoying fish and chips with your customer.
· You’ll be helping our vulnerable customers in a variety of services. You will be supporting our customers in a community and home based setting.

You are
· Calm under pressure with great communication skills
· Flexible to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
· Experienced as a support coordinator. It is important that you have worked in this type of environment before.
· Experienced in working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.
· Happy supporting the most vulnerable in society. You know what’s required to look after the public and our customers too.
· Someone with a positive, can do and caring attitude, with a desire to learn to continue making a difference to our customers lives.

· Flexible working hours
· Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues.
· It would be beneficial if you had a vehicle insured for business purposes, however that is not a deal breaker. We’ll pay your mileage too.
· You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
