Robert Half are excited to announce we have partnered with a fun and highly successful Real Estate company based in Stratford that are looking to recruit an outgoing and confident Enquiry Advisor.
Due to company success and growth, this is an exciting time to join a brand new team!
THE ROLE:
- Handling of incoming leasing enquiries via phone, emails, live chat and portals.
- Convert enquires into meetings for the leasing teams to achieve KPIs.
- Escalate any customer issues or complaints to line manager and ensure these are followed up on.
- Enhance customer interactions and provide the best experience as possible.
- Other administration tasks and assisting the wider team where necessary.
THE PERSON:
- Experience working within a Customer Service environment such as a call centre, or within a sales role.
- Excellent communication skills and confident speaking with anyone.
- Ability to act as a brand ambassador and provide excellent customer service.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and KPI driven environment.
- Energetic and self-motivated.
- Residential sector highly desirable but not essential at all.
