This leading UK law firm are known for their focus on the technology, media and entertainment and private client sectors. Clients range from start-ups to multinational companies, from household names to private individuals and their family offices.

The firm's Venture Capital department are recognised in the legal directories for their company side credentials, and the ability to guide investees in the media and entertainment and technology sectors from an early stage through subsequent funding sounds associated with scaling-up their operations. The team's lawyers have particular experience advising entrepreneurial business and high-growth tech companies throughout the funding continuum.

The team are now seeking an experienced solicitor to join their team in London. This ideal candidate will have at least four years' experience in venture capital matters, gained at another highly regarded venture capital practice in London.
