Excellent opportunity for an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor of 4+ PQE to join this well-established multi office practice in one of their offices in Dorset.
Our client has an enviable reputation in the Dorset area and due to growth, they are looking to bolster their thriving team with this role to be based in either Dorchester or Poole with the option of hybrid working.
Due to continued growth, our client will consider recruitment at both associate and salaried partner level.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of corporate transactional work and will work alongside highly ranked Commercial Partners. You can expect to work as part of a busy and fast paced team on a very wide range of company/commercial work, which may include: company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts including Terms & Conditions of Sale/ Purchase; Supply/ Distribution/ Agency /Franchise agreements etc), private equity/ investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions; Shareholders Agreements and disputes, share capital restructuring; employee share option and other incentive schemes; business start-ups, business succession planning; education sector work including academy conversions and multi academy trusts.
