What you will do in your working day
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate and liaison with senior engineers on various civil and structural projects initially working as a technician with the end goal of developing into a qualified engineer - Assist in the preparation of technical design and drawings utilising Tekla and Autodesk software. - Work independently to prepare documentation, checking and reporting on progress - Gain exposure to CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations & Building Safety Act and contribute to the development of H&S and CDM documentation - Work with project teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery, incorporating best practices. - Engage in continuous learning, both on the job and through academic coursework. The training you will be getting Qualifications Day Release at University to gain a Civil Engineering Degree (Level 6) together with on the job training. Coventry University is nearest to our office but other universities running the same course may also be considered.
