Trilogic Recruitment are excited to be working alongside our client to hire 10 Wiring Operators to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Our client specialise in the design and manufacturing of customised cable harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies. Their customers are in the Aerospace, Motorsport, Marine, Mass Transit and Military Markets. 

They are looking for some Wiring Operators to join the team. You do not have to be skilled for this position, but you must have the motivation to work, and learn new skills to work towards your daily tasks. 

If you have experience in wiring and/or cable harnesses and feel you could be suited for this position, please also apply. 

Daily tasks 

• Produce cable harness assemblies to defined work instructions to IPC and Relevant codes of practice
  
• Fill out documentation
  
• Ensure product issued from stores is received in accordance to the Kit Component list
  
• To inform the Production Supervisor of any difficulties or uncertainties regarding product build or job allocation times
  
• To follow our clients Health and Safety guidelines
  
• Ensure working area is kept clean and tidy and ensure product is kept safe and free from damage
  
• Continually seek to improve personal performance standards
  
• To work constructively within your own team and with other workers to ensure the best result. 
  

Full Training provided.

Salary - Starting £10.42 per hour 

Located in Swindon - SN2 2 postcode.
