Talent and ChangeManager Home Basedrole with some travel to sites required. Six month fixed-termposition covering maternity leave. Weput our colleagues and their ongoing development and success at theheart of what we do. To continue to support this, we have a vacancyfor a fixed-term Talent & Change Manager.
This role is based in our Central regionwhich covers 9 sites from Yorkshire to Cornwall. The rolesupports with regional talent reviews and succession planning, inaddition to delivering people-centric change projects both withinthe region and nationally.
Reporting to theRegional HR Business Partner, you will embed people initiatives todrive business performance and enhance people capability, ensuringour leaders and colleagues are enabled to achieve our businessobjectives.
KeyAccountabilities: - Supportingwith the design and delivery of learning and developmentinterventions and programmes
- Partner withCentres of Excellence and key stakeholders to deliver changeprogrammes aligned to the Recipe for Growth and HRstrategy
- Development of organisational design,ensuring effective implementation and that change is managed inaccordance with best practice
- Manage the changeprogramme for the region and contribute to the national changeprogramme, ensuring the overall people plan activity is deliveredeffectively
- Conduct talent management reviewsand support the creation of robust talent pipelines for criticalroles
- Developing, designing and deliveringstrategic elements of the people plan
- Aligntalent management activity to strategic workforce planningrequirement.
What weneed from you: You will have abackground in HR, within a generalist and/or specialist role, withprevious experience of direct involvement with talent managementprogrammes and designing and delivering change projects. Youwill need to be able to demonstrate strong stakeholder managementskills and be able to quickly build relationships with a broadrange of people at all levels in theorganisation.
You will be able toself-motivate and act with autonomy. You'll have the abilityto take an idea and shape it into a solution which enables changeand contribute to business performance. Displaying gravitas andcredibility you'll have strong communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to collaborate across boundaries,effectively and inclusively to deliver business performance on anational scale.
