Are you a qualified Teaching Assistant looking for part time work in a school in Birmingham?
The school I am recruiting for are looking for a general Teaching Assistant who wants to embark on a new challenge and can work mornings only, five days a week. This school are always interested in teaching assistants who are creative and show initiative. This is a "good" school, on a journey towards Ofsted "outstanding" and as a result, they are looking for somebody who is able to embark on this journey together. You will be passionate about moving the school forward.
As a part time Teaching Assistant, you must have:
* Recent experience of working in an Early Years/KS1 environment
* a good understanding of the Early Years/KS1 Curriculum and keep up to date with any changes
* an understanding of phonics
* the ability to build relationships with children, staff and parents
* creativity to help the EYFS/KS1 department and improve learning
I've been recruiting for this school for several years and have built a very good relationship with them.
