At Glendale, we have a great new opportunity for a full time grounds maintenance team leader to support ongoing contract works for commercial clients on a range of sites.

Who are you?
Able and willing to learn and develop.
Possessing a strong work ethic.
Ideally qualified in horticulture with 2 years experience.
Good people management skills.
Adaptable to different working methods and using different equipment.
Good IT knowledge.
Have a full, clean driving licence and be able to tow.
PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable.
Reliable and able to work on their own initiative.
A Glimpse into the Role awaiting You
Taking responsibility for the works on site, including productivity, timekeeping, and dealing with members of the public.
Contributing to a good team culture, bringing an enthusiastic and can do attitude.
Leading by example, motivating and guiding the team and maintaining workforce discipline.
Operating and ensuring others operate company and hire vehicles, machinery and equipment with care and that daily checks and routine servicing are carried and properly recorded.
To undertake other duties as may be reasonably required by the Contracts Manager or Supervisor.
