Job description
Balfour Beatty have an exciting new Digital Adoption Director opportunity. As part of our digital transformation, we are harnessing our power to innovate to lead an industry shift from paper and pen to data-driven digital processes and decision making.
The Digital Adoption Director will be responsible for leading the adoption of digital technology on our site-based operations, and will work closely with business and operational leadership to ensure the technology meshes into existing, and new, operational process to achieve business outcomes and the desired digitalisation of operations.
This role is fundamental in helping our IT function face the challenge of supporting our business in adopting new digital technologies, as we grow beyond supporting only traditional IT hardware and software services.
