Property Solicitor - Newcastle
The Firm:
-Friendly and supportive team

-High Street law firm with deep roots in the North East
The Role:
-You will be running a varied property caseload from inception to completion
-The caseload will be a split of Residential and Commercial Property transactions
-You will be dealing with leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new-builds, re-mortgages, leases and aquisitions
Requirements:
-Solicitor or CILEX qualified
-Comfortable managing a varied caseload of Residential Property transactions
-Eagerness to take on some commercial matters
-Team player
