A Little Bit About Specsavers Home Visits:

Specsavers home visits provide eye care to customers in their own homes. Our passion is to deliver outstanding customer care, expert eye care advice and product recommendations that best suit individual customer needs.

In this role, you will be supporting a highly experienced professional team by ensuring the patient journey is a positive experience.  You must be methodical in your approach and be able to adapt to changing prioritise with ease.  We speak to a lot of our customers over the phone, so you must be confident when communicating with customers.

In this role, you will be supported by the rest of the team in the office and provided with relevant training to give you the best start possible in this new role.

The focus in this role is to ensure that all patients appointments, orders, clinical requests and internal processes are managed effectively.  You must have great attention to detail, be able to think on your feet as well as multi-task.
