Our crew comes from every corner of the world, and are the men and women at the heart and soul of our brand.The Photo Manager oversees the ship’s photo operation and reports to shoreside Photo Operations Management, and onboard to the Revenue & Communication Manager. Responsibilities include business planning, customer service, driving sales and achieving budget, photo lab & photo gallery operations, accounting, scheduling, reporting, staff training and development, succession planning, liaising with onboard and shore-side teams, environmental compliance, inventory control, marketing and promoting all areas of the photo operation and driving the business forward in accordance with the company’s goals.The position is responsible for the co-ordination of production, merchandising and sales to maximize profits for the onboard Photo Department. The Photo Manager must work towards achieving profitable results for Azamara while maintaining full compliance and professional integrity of all policies. The position is expected to project the highest level of professionalism to the staff and guest while offering quality Customer Service to all.
