Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking to take your career to the next level? A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the dry lining industry in Loughborough, and we are seeking a talented individual to join a dynamic team.


As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be working with the Commercial Manager and be responsible for managing all costs relating to the projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. You will also be involved in material requisitions to the buying department & final account agreements. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards. Further training on company policy and procedures will be given.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying minimum of 3 years, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the dry lining industry. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a keen eye for detail. A degree in quantity surveying or a related field is essential.

You will need to have a valid driving licence to be able to travel to customers in and around the midlands, Office working hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30-17:00 Friday 16:00 finish – this will vary depending on traveling to / from customers sites as and when required.
