This Leicester based firm would like to hear from experienced practice professionals who are now looking for a new challenge within a collaborative and engaging firm.
The Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior will offer expert accounts and consultancy services for all aspects of client business compliance, reporting and planning. Working across a diverse portfolio of clients the Audit and Accounts Semi-Senior will want to develop their career.
Responsibilities: - Assist with the preparation of accounts and corporation tax computations in line with UK laws and regulations.
- Support senior team members in completing audit engagements on-site at client premises and in the office.
- Stay abreast of changes in UK audit, accounting and corporation tax compliance.
- Collaborate with our accounts, audit, and tax team members to align strategies with client business objectives.
What we are looking for:
- Should hold or be studying towards the ACA or ACCA qualification.
- Have a good understanding of UK accounting and tax laws, and knowledge of audit compliance and procedures is essential.
- Have a strong ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously and deliver results within given deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must, as the candidate will be required to effectively work with clients and
internal teams. - Integrity, attention on to detail, and exceptional analytical skills are highly valued attributes for this position.
- Familiarity with CCH software and accounting systems would be beneficial, although not essential.
