Shift Pattern – Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Position Summary:
The Global Supply Chain Integration Services Business (SCIS) Unit is looking for a UX Designer to join our dynamic team in the UK. As a UX Designer at Martin Brower, you will play a pivotal role in participating in key projects, as well as supporting our products maintenance that contribute to the enhancement and optimization of our supply chain operations.
The UX designer will be joining a team providing consulting and support services to European, North American, and Asia-Pacific Markets.
The successful candidate will be an adept UX Designs with a proven track record of designing good user experience for internal and external (Customer and Supplier facing) solutions, running on the Salesforce platform.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- User Research: Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of Salesforce users. Use findings to inform design decisions.
- UX Design: Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that improve the usability and user experience of Salesforce applications.
- User Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and ensure they meet user requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product Leads, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective and user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
- Visual Design: Apply principles of visual design to create aesthetically pleasing and consistent user interfaces within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain design documentation, including user personas, user flows, and design specifications.
- Stay Updated: Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, industry trends, and best practices in UX/UI design
Profile:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyse data and user feedback to make informed design decisions
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Technical Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in UX design, interaction design or a related field
- Salesforce Certification in areas relevant to the role would be beneficial
- Previous experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating Salesforce or Web portal, or Data & Analytics reporting project
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including familiarity with its features, limitations and design considerations
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma or similar software for creating wireframes and prototypes
- Ideally some proficiency in Salesforce LWC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SVG
