City of London Temporary £45,000 - £55,000 per year
- Join growing Reward team in large international security business
- Support on international pay and bonus review - provide analytical support

Our client is a large-scale provider of security services with a significant presence across the globe. They pride themselves on their robust and innovative solutions.
Job Description
- Support the Pay and Bonus review cycle by preparing templates (may need to use complex formulas), collating relevant information across our countries/regions, analysing and producing reports;
- General reward related data collection and analysis(may be involved in benefits too);
- Support reward projects such as total reward statements and recognition;
- Support bench marking and job evaluation where needed;
- Support the development of processes and practices (documentation etc.)
- May support other priorities as they come up
- Support with communication of data to various stakeholders across the business
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
- Good experience within analytics and proof of how analytics have impacted decision making
- Be able to see over and beyond solely data.
- Be able to prioritise and re-prioritise when needed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on complex data.
- Some knowledge of reward strategies and best practices would be desirable
- Can be someone from a business analyst or HR Generalist background
