Job description

We are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisers to join the expanding John Charcol Adviser Network throughout the U.K.

Established 50 years ago, John Charcol is an award winning and whole of market mortgage broker. Our main offices are in the centre of London and Southampton with regional brokers and offices based throughout the UK .

Our Self-Employed Mortgage Advisers receive full lead support, competitive commission splits and no network, FCA or PI fees.

As a Self-Employed Adviser you will have access to support from our dedicated experts to help you grow your business; this includes sales coaching, business development and marketing support to help those wanting to grow their business and also those looking to take their first steps in moving from an employed role into a self-employed role.

What we offer:

• Realistic first year earnings of £69k+
• Work from home (plus optional use of the John Charcol offices)
• Flexibility to set your own working hours
• Up to 85% commission
• Leads provided
• The option to write your own protection or refer to our in-house specialists
• No network, PI, software or FCA fees
• Business development support to grow Introducers including marketing materials, business cards and social media content
• Admin Support (if required )
• Complete autonomy to run your own business
• Marketing support and assistance in securing lead sources

Experience/ Skills required:

• CeMAP Qualified
• CAS preferred but not essential
• Whole of market experience preferred but not essential
• A successful sales track record/history
• An understanding of the mortgage market
• The ability to generate your own business
