Titan Private Wealth our investment management arm and Titan Financial Planning our financial planning business, recently rebranded from Cardale, founded in 2003 and based in Harrogate. The role

Financial Adviser - In this role you will be responsible for providing ongoing independent financial planning advice to an existing book of clients, and for developing new business from both existing and new clients.

Job responsibilities

• Contact and conduct existing client review meetings.
• Generate new business from both existing and potential new clients.
• Maintain high standards of documentation to allow accurate task completion by paraplanning and admin support.
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Maintain your professional competency through the completion of appropriate CPD activities and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and positive client outcomes.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills – both verbal and written – to explain, advise, instruct and influence.
• Adhere to Consumer Duty

Education and requirements

• Diploma Level 4 Qualified
• Minimum of 3-4+ years’ experience
• Proven track record of success and achievements
• Experience of providing a comprehensive financial planning service
• Experience of advising clients on investments, pensions, protection
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate financial plans and provide advice to clients
• A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with basic software - Windows, Microsoft office etc…
• An existing client-bank is welcomed but not compulsory.
