Job description

The Head of Search and Guest Journey is a pivotal role that combines expertise in digital marketing with a deep understanding of the customer journey. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that not only increase our online visibility but also ensure a seamless and engaging online experience for our customers. Your goal will be to drive traffic to our pubs, venues and hotels; converting online interest into online bookings, actual visits and loyalty by optimising every touchpoint along the customer journey.

You will look for commercial opportunities to drive volume and value through your initiatives across the journey whilst ensuring the very best guest experience.

We are looking for somebody who has extensive experience in digital marketing particularly search, CRM, paid media & social, has a strong understanding of customer behaviour online and how to influence it through effective search and digital marketing strategies and also is a confident Manager and can lead a team to success.
