Overview
A rapidly-growing software company based in modern offices in North London are looking for a graduate with exceptional communication skills for a varied Customer Service and Marketing role.
Salary: £20,000 – £24,000
Your Responsibilities
- Complete initial training to become familiar with the industry and the product
- Contribute to the company’s social media presence by editing and writing relevant content
- Help to support our new business sales team with marketing initiatives
- Once the sale has been made, liaise with customers to ensure the software is implemented smoothly
- Coordinate user training and technical support for customers
- Carry out sales administration tasks
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the sales team
Our Requirements
- Computer, internet and IT literacy with the ability to learn new technology quickly
- Ability to write compelling marketing texts, posts and comments in English
- Experience of using common social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Customer focussed with strong verbal communication skills
- Enjoy working in teams
- Attention to detail and results focused
- Ideally a graduate from a good university
