The Junction is recruiting for a Youth Voice Coordinator
Salary: £30,636 + benefits (cost of living increase pending)
Hours: 37.5hrs per week, Job share considered, flexible working

The Junction is a vibrant charity empowering children, young people, and families in Tees Valley. We champion youth participation, driving positive change through social action.
Lead impactful projects, amplifying young people’s voices and driving change
Manage youth-led decision-making groups and projects
Design and deliver social action initiatives addressing local issues
Build strong relationships with young people, staff, and stakeholders
Passion for youth participation and social action
Experience supporting diverse young people
Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills
Commitment to The Junction’s values: listening, genuine care, and empowerment
