Job description

​As an IT Application Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the effective operation of our client's applications. Your responsibilities will include deploying, configuring, maintaining, and supporting key software applications essential to their business processes. With a primary focus on core applications like Customer Relationship Management and the Contract Centre tool, you will address user incidents, fulfil service requests, and escalate issues to the development team as needed. Additionally, you will ensure the security of all applications, ensuring appropriate access and maintaining the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of our information.
