Job description

Are you an experienced NPD Manager or Process Manager from the food manufacturing sector? Do you have a real passion for food? My client is looking for a Product & Process Manager to join their NPD & Process team at their manufacturing faculty in North Yorkshire on a 12 month FTC

The successful Product & Process Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing the stage & gate process from concept to launch
• Effectively translate new products from development into Factory Operations
• Involvement in site and senior team engagement session on new projects
• Managing meetings with customers
• Plan, lead and execute internal and external events

 

The ideal candidate will have some previous relevant experience in either an NPD or Process Management role and have worked in the food manufacturing sector. You must have experience of concept to launch and developing of new products and experience of food manufacturing. Proven food retail customer experience is also essential. The role would suit someone with an interest in food and who has commercial acumen, project management and relationship building skills

This role offers an attractive salary up to £60,000 DOE plus car allowance. This is a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave but could possibly lead to more permanent roles within the wider group.
