Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to join a talented teambased in Torbay Devon SouthWest England. This role demands a motivated and talented Vehicle Sales Manager with exceptional drive a strong focus on financial controls and a total commitment to managing a sales team and provide initiatives to deliver outstanding customer service levels. The knowledge of Vehicle Finance and Insurance products along with Compliance is essential.
About You:
You will need to be an outstanding leader who will already have achieved exceptional performance in your current role within the Automotive Industry. To be successful you will need to be financially astute proactive and have a proven track record of achieving results through effective team working. You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. The successful candidate will enhance the current team by providing support coaching and motivation to them. In addition you will demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
