Fawkes and Reece are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator to work on traditional and timber frame schemes for a UK leading Housing Developer based within Berkshire and the South East region. The role will be based within this companies southern region and will form a crucial part of their fast growing technical team.
The Role
Initially you will be based on a timber frame scheme comprising of 229 apartments across 7 blocks and you will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in the brand new design phase of two projects comprising of traditional build and timber frame. This company has a healthy pipeline of work and will give you the opportunity to work on upcoming future schemes across the house building sector.
This company can offer a competitive salary as well as 10% bonus scheme, health care, pension and a company car/car allowance with flexible working arrangements also on offer with this role.
This company are looking for someone with developer experience across timber and traditional build housing schemes. You will require detailed design experience as well as good communication and personal skills alongside the ability to work across multiple schemes at the same time.
