First Call Aviation are currently recruiting for a Senior Multi-Modal Export Executive to work near Heathrow Airport, Hounslow.

Shifts: 9am-5pm

Days of work: Monday to Friday

Salary: up to £34’000 per annum, dependant on experience

As a senior export executive you will expected to support the multi-modal export manager in daily operations, this includes full cover in peak, absences or annual leave. You may also be expected to travel globally as and when required.

Main Duties of a Senior Multi-Modal Export Executive:

Book shipments with airlines, and putting these into operating systems.

Negotiate terms/rates and handle customer enquiries.

Prep of entries into ICE system.

Maintain excellent relationships.

Track shipment status, looking out for and dealing with any incidents.

Create Quotations.

Customs clearances.

Maintain and pass KPI service standards.

Arrange the release and transportation of goods received to cargo importers.

Additional Requirements:

Participate in annual performance appraisal.

Work in accordance to all company policies.

Have detailed knowledge of the companies business plan and support business development.

Great communication skills.

Teamwork, organisation and planning skills.

Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.

Numeracy and Computer literacy.
