Cover Supervisor
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Salary: £80 - £90 per day
Start Date: Easter Half Term

If so, then this exciting career opportunity as a Cover Supervisor at our vibrant primary and secondary school in Lincoln awaits you! This role requires a strong commitment for safeguarding children and the suitable candidate should be able to work with SEN kids as well.
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring that students remain on task.
- Maintaining a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement and progress
- Managing behaviour effectively and implementing school policies as required
- Providing support to students as needed and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
- The suitable candidate will work during the Easter Half term.
- Supervising and managing classrooms in absence of the regular teacher
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and promote positive behaviour.
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to varying teaching assignments.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student welfare and achievement
- Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is preferred.
