As the Technical Trainer, it will be your responsibility for the design, delivery and evaluation of effective and budgeted training solutions to meet the needs set by Coastguard Operations or outlined in the MCA or HMCG Business Plans.
You will need understand and teach current policy and to update and work with MAROPs & Aviation to develop and deliver Continual Professional Development (CPD) across HMCG.
In addition, you will be accountable to the Technical Training and Development Manager for the implementation of quality appropriate training and development solutions to meet the tactical direction of HMCG Maritime & Aviation Technical Training.
