Culina Group have a new opportunity for a seasoned payroll professional to join our OnePay/ OneHR project team!
We are looking for skilled Lead Payroll Transition Manager to oversee and drive the successful implementation and transition of multiple payrolls. With extensive Payroll knowledge and investigative nature, the Lead Payroll Transition Manager will play a key role in working with with the Head of HR Systems, Projects, Head of Payroll and Administration, HRSS and the OneHR project team as well as the project Systems Implementation partner to deliver a solutions focused approach.
Key Duties
- Supporting with the delivery of payroll parallel user acceptance testing – data analysis and validation, cut over activities and go live / post go live support
- OneHR support with the simplification of processes, creating one approach across all business entities, work with HRSS and payroll teams to map “interim “processes to support transition between systems.
- Defining and agreeing processes and ways of working which support TUPE, merger and acquisitions activity.
- Work with OneHR project team to defining and agree processes and ways of working which support decommissioning of current HRIS / Payroll systems and managing historical data.
- Creation of SOP’s for Payroll processes to support development and cross-trained team members, including taking a proactive approach to audit requirements and compliance monitoring.
- Support with Data migration, User Acceptance Testing and cut over to go live for SAP EC and SAP ECP as needed.
- Through a collaborative approach ensure end users - teams, managers and colleagues are trained in new processes and ways working which are dependent on variable project timelines.
- Oversee the implementation and transition process of payrolls, ensuring smooth migration of existing data and content to the new system.
- Work with stakeholders and HRSS Teams to create end to end processes and reports that fit the needs of the Business
- Work with agreed out source provider to support the implementation and delivery of outsourced payrolls.
- Contribute to any communications and training as required to support increase system acceptance.
Qualifications
- Experience of working with payroll systems (iTrent, SAP, Resourcelink, Ernie, OpenHR) and transferring payroll knowledge / training
- Experience of working with time and attendance systems (Kronos (Pro/Dimensions/Central), Rota Horizon)
- Experience of developing transition plans and associated collateral to support deployment of payroll.
- Self-motivated with a curious mind set, unafraid to ask questions.
- Ability to review and map processes, agree ways of working and
- Problem-Solving skills, able to troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Experience of supporting with Payroll Parallel User Acceptance Testing and cut over activities
- Knowledge of various Payroll platforms and their features.
- Experience of working on large projects which have an impact on payroll and shared services
- Project Management skills to support delivery of EC / ECP / HRSS / Outsourcing
- Experience of transitioning payrolls in house and out sourced.
