Project Manager- Mid-Senior Level
Interior Fit-Out Subcontractor
My Clients is one London’s leading stone/marble specialist sub-contractors working alongside a variety of well-established contractors on some of the most prestigious projects in the Central London.
They have now become one of the major players on the London construction market and is the privileged partner of renowned architects & interior designers as well as major luxury brands worldwide.
They operate only on high-end projects in the following market sectors:
• Residential developments
• Private residences
• Hotels
• Spa
• Historic buildings
• Boutiques for prestigious brands
A Project Manager is a multi-faceted role entailing successful execution of varied High End Luxury projects in and around London. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for seeing a project from the conceptual stages to the final quality inspection and maintenance stages monitoring and controlling the pace, costs, and accuracy.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities for a successful Project Manager.
This role would be ideally suited to an experienced Project Manager with an understanding of interior fit-out packages, preferably in stone but not mandatory with the desire and ambition to take their career to the stage with one of London’s market leading high-end sub-contractors.
• Min. 3 to 4 years of project management experience with specialist contractor / architect / interior designer / joinery -leading, planning and organising/motivating a team.
• Stone experience preferable but not mandatory.
• Experience in relationship management with external clients, including contract negotiations is a plus.
• Experience in developing and administering resource plans, budgets and in understanding financial results.
• Experience within an international environment is an asset, but not required.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Degree level qualification, e.g. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or Architecture.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Good AutoCAD, BIM and 3D design software such as Revit skills would be a plus.
• Dynamic, proactive and organised team player with a sense of humour and with ambition to grow.
• Responsible, organised and a great communicator.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritise as required, at any one time.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment to set clear goals, achieve targets, and monitor progress.
• Commit to successfully deliver against deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail.
• A self-starter mentality with strong initiative and a service attitude.
• Able to work well alone as well as part of a team.
Office location: London, Kensington
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year (package is negotiable depending on experience)

Schedule: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday when office-based, 8am to 5pm when site-based
