Position overview

In this role, you will be a pivotal member of our cyber security team, working closely with the Group CISO. Your responsibilities will encompass a dynamic mix of governance and technical expertise. You will play a key role in implementing security best practices across our operations and assisting in audits to verify the effectiveness of our security measures.

Your Profile

• Have at least two years of specific work experience in a logistics sector, planning related.
• Are a real team player.
• Have very good knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of the Turkish language is a bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Group CISO to develop and execute cyber security strategies.
• Coordinate, plan, and execute various projects related to information security to extend the knowledge of information security
• Implement and maintain security best practices to safeguard our digital infrastructure and assets.
• Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring swift resolution and mitigation.
• Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.

Qualifications and skills

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience in a cybersecurity role, demonstrating a blend of technical and governance skills.

Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or equivalent.

Awareness and experience of Cyber Security solutions and how they apply to:

• Endpoint detection and response
• Mail Security
• Privilege Access Management
• Web Application Firewalls
• Network Access Control
• Patch Management

Strong understanding of security frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards.

Proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically under pressure.
