URGENT REQUIREMENT - FULL TIME EVENT LOGISTICS MANAGER
Welcome to the end of the week! We have been asked to support a global events agency based in West London to find full time support in the form of an Event Logistics Manager. Having won a large scale account, delivering projects for the next few years the Account Director is looking for someone to handle to crucial elements of logistics.
Throughout the role you will be part of delivering a huge range of experience for these global clients. These include...
- Full tradeshow calendar of 30+ shows
- 20 content projects including video and virtual events
- 5 large scale events
As Event Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for...
- Logistics management
- Inventory management
- Supply chain
- Supplier and Vendors
- Travel arrangements
- Catering and sourcing hospitality services
- Itinerary management
- Outstanding customer service
The role comes with a salary of £40,000 + benefits, including the ability for flexible working
