Production Project Manager – Retail Displays

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple client projects in retail display manufacturing and installations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from receipt to completion, including but not limited to:
- Receiving design briefs, providing quotes, and estimating production lead times
- Working with external suppliers to outsource work and ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are managed
- Providing full briefings to the production team and overseeing quality control
- Attending site surveys and installations to ensure smooth project completion
- Staff management, training, and morale upkeep
- Budget control/management, order materials, and stock control
Key Skills and Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Retail Display manufacture/installations with experience in joinery or fabrication
- Experience in working/knowledge within each Department (technical, CNC, Bench, Sprayshop) is advantageous
- Proficiency in Project Management tools and scheduling tools
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism in client interactions
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Excel or Numbers
