Role: Interim Assistant Director of Housing

Salary: circa 80,000/annum

Type: Interim 3 Months

Location: Southeast England

We are excited to be working with one of our local Government clients who require an Interim Assistant Director of Housing for a period of 3 Months with an immediate start.

This role will involve overseeing the Housing Management and Homelessness departments as well as other project/troubleshooting work.

Our client requires a Tenancy Management expert with experience working within local government and someone who will also be able to solve problems and lead projects. Other key requirements are:

• Experience of working with members.
• Demonstrable experience in Housing for at least 10 years.
• Experience of collaborative/ joint working.
• Involvement in devising, setting, and implementing strategy.
• Experience of taking issues through the corporate decision–making process.
