Job description

0.8 – 0.9 FTE Approx • Accommodation may be available in exchange for boarding duties. 

A well-qualified and inspiring teacher of Food Preparation and Nutrition is required to join a very successful department. Food and nutrition is taught alongside textiles as part of the compulsory curriculum for years 7 and 8, and from year 9 students select from a range of creative subjects, of which food and nutrition is one option. Students can then opt to take Food Preparation and Nutrition at GCSE. The successful candidate will have the ability and experience to teach food at KS3 and KS4, as well as textiles (sewing) at KS3.
