Currently seeking an IT Manager to join a consultancy supporting their customer sites with between 250-300 staff members. This role is ideal for a technical, hands-on manager and will require cross-site communication with IT team counterparts in Europe. This is remote, but will require travel to a site in Hertfordshire once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of all IT functions and services for all UK sites.


• Day-to-day support management: licensing, servers, network, security, workflows, processes and policies.


• Work with Production to review ongoing and upcoming project needs and resources.


• Build and manage relations with 3rd party vendors, partners and clients' technical teams.

Technical skills:

• Multi-platform environment - mainly Windows with some Linux.


• Networking protocols and services - switching, routing, VLAN management and firewalls.


• Security protocols, processes, procedures and workflows - experience with security audits.
