We are looking for a Implementation Support Officer to support the implementation and development of Business Management software in the windows and doors installation market.
Your duties will include:
- Work with clients to scope out project requirements and objectives, and develop detailed project plans accordingly
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during their implementation programme creating a positive customer experience by ensuring that all aspects of the process go smoothly
- Manage day-to-day project execution, ensuring tasks are completed
- Manage the implementation process of clients to go live smoothly
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
- Assist with the development of training materials, including different media e.g. Videos, documents and presentations
- Triage customer problems and bring customer to satisfactory solution; identify repeating issues
- Testing new features and providing communication regarding update status to clients
- Effective relationship building and communication with both technical and non-technical staff and internal and external contacts
- Assist with data-collection, process definition and configuration of software
- Incorporate relevant policies, practices and procedures within area of responsibility
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and solutions
- Work with the development team to strengthen the product offering
- Travel to client sites as and when needed
You will have:
- Background in software training and implementation, preferably in the window installation industry.
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Experience in process development or implementation (possible Lean six Sigma knowledge) (Not essential)
- Experience in developing training resources
- Project management experience (Not essential)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good literacy and numerical skills
Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible on start/finish times
Salary: Up to £35,000
