Job description
Local authority in the Derbyshire area are looking for a repairs team leader to join their housing property services team for an initial period of three months.
The purpose of the role will be managing a team of trades colleagues in the delivery of Housing maintenance works.
This role will be integral to ensuring we meet our SLAs for our customers, whilst also dealing with compliance and liaising with our in-house legal team around Housing Condition Claims. In addition, you will be managing the delivery of Damp and Mould Remediation works.
To deliver work streams within either planned maintenance HM&E responsive repairs or insourced contract delivery programmes which maximises tenant's satisfaction with the quality of their homes and the neighbourhood they live in.
£30 - £35 an hour
37 hours per week
Initially until 31st May with likely extension
