The Role - Behaviour Mentor
For this role you will be joining a fantastic team where there is an abundance of support to staff development. You will be working in a classroom 1-1 with a pupil that has SEMH, he would have come from a difficult upbringing or personal circumstances and will be needing a mentor. You must be a kind, caring and compasionate individual that can support pupils with their academics as well as generally within their lives. Working with the class teacher to ensure the pupils are working at their full ability.
The School - SEMH Social Emotional Mental Health School
This is a very well established SEMH boys school that are aged between 7-16 years old. The school is apart of the UK's leading academy trust. The school follows the UK curriculum leaving all subjects accessible to the pupils. The school provides training and development to all staff and can even put you through a teacher training route.
