Job description
Assisting and working alongside the Head of Legal & General Counsel on complex and/or high value legal matters including joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, acquisitions/disposals and litigation.
Reviewing, drafting & negotiating on a range of commercial contract agreements and providing day-to-day advisory support across the business.
Delivering legal advice that is business focused, accurate and appropriate so allowing the company to reduce its risk of exposure and achieve its commercial and business objectives. Assisting the Head of Legal on the development of appropriate company policies, processes and/or training for the areas covered by the wider legal function. Instructing and supervising external lawyers to support their areas of responsibility when required.Job tags
